Befit Ladies Only Gym is a women-only fitness space in Industrial Area, Sharjah. We built a place where women of every level can train comfortably, supported by coaches and staff who know your name.

Before your first visit
Is the gym really ladies only?
Yes. Befit is a women-only gym, from members to the team on the floor.
When are you open?
Saturday to Thursday from 8:30am, with late closing (11pm Monday to Thursday, 10pm on weekends). Friday hours are shorter, 8:30am to 3pm. The full table is on our visit page.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
No, yoga mats are available at the gym. Just take one and return it after your session.
